Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Crowd Siege. By downloading or using the app you agree to them.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play Crowd Siege on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, subject to the App Store terms under which you obtained it.
Purchases
In-app purchases (such as Remove Ads, passes, starter packs and coin packs) are processed by the Apple App Store under its payment terms. One-time purchases such as Remove Ads can be restored on a new device from Settings → Restore Purchases. Coins, boosters and other in-game items are virtual items licensed to you with no cash value. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us.
What you may not do
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app except where law expressly permits.
- Resell, rent, or redistribute the app or its assets.
- Use the app in any unlawful way.
Disclaimer & liability
Crowd Siege is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the same extent, our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us through the app in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Nothing in them limits any non-waivable consumer rights in your country of residence.
